| Abstract | The second phase of this communications campaign began on 24 November 2008 and ran until early 2009.
It aimed to encourage the public to practise correct respiratory and hand hygiene when coughing and sneezing, to prevent the spread of germs particularly during the cold and flu season. The 2008/2009 campaign particularly targeted mothers with children under 11 years of age.
