Cochrane - Fast-Tracked Update: Protective clothes and equipment for healthcare workers to prevent coronavirus and other highly infectious diseases

Best practice, Systematic review
Abstract:
To evaluate which type of full‐body PPE and which method of donning or doffing PPE have the least risk of contamination or infection for HCW, and which training methods increase compliance with PPE protocols. The studies simulated real infection, (not real life situations) and they had a small number of participants. This means that the authors are uncertain about the estimates of effects and it is therefore possible that the true effects may be substantially different from the ones reported in this review.
